Introduction

Omre, originally known for its AfterDrink product sold exclusively on Amazon, sought to expand its reach by launching a direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) channel. The goal was to create a cohesive brand identity, increase profit margins, and build a sustainable source of recurring revenue. Our agency stepped in to rebrand AfterDrink as Omre, spearhead a new visual direction, and develop a Shopify storefront optimized for subscriptions and conversions.

Approach & Key Initiatives

First, we transitioned AfterDrink to the new Omre brand, taking inspiration from its existing market presence but refining it to reflect a more holistic wellness focus. Our team defined visual elements—color palettes, typography, and design motifs—that eventually informed the product’s updated bottle branding.

We then built a custom Shopify site emphasizing ease of navigation, product clarity, and subscription functionality. By embedding subscription options into the product page and checkout, we sought to cultivate recurring revenue and foster repeat business. Throughout the development process, we integrated conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices, launching split tests to refine product page layouts and calls to action.

Results

The transition to Shopify unlocked a completely new D2C revenue stream with better margins due to the elimination of Amazon’s commission fees. By establishing a strong subscription infrastructure, Omre gained a reliable source of recurring revenue, reinforcing brand loyalty and customer retention. One of our major CRO tests on the main product page delivered a huge 27% increase in conversion rate—while also boosting average order value by about $15.
